Sensory Hours at ImaginOn (ages 0-12)

Description

Sensory-friendly hours are every Monday from 9:00-10:00 am. Our aim is to create a more sensory-supportive atmosphere, while still offering the same high-quality services for which we are known. 

• Our friendly staff will help children and families with navigating the spaces, locating materials, and generally encouraging visitors to become more comfortable using the Library.
• We will soften the lighting in our spaces when possible.
• We will provide quiet spaces as well as noise-cancelling headphones for patrons to borrow in our public spaces. 
• We will provide fidgets and other sensory objects for patrons to borrow to support engagement while using the library.
