Juneteenth Rock Hill presents a Virtual Celebration of Freedom with two special programs
ROCK HILL, S.C. – In consideration for everyone’s wellbeing as the COVID-19 pandemic winds down, the annual Juneteenth Rock Hill Celebration of Freedom will once again be a virtual presentation.
Scheduled for June 18 and 19, the 2021 Juneteenth Virtual Celebration of Freedom will include two unique presentations featuring local artists, poets and musicians. A youth program will be featured on June 18. The virtual commemoration will also present winners of the annual coloring contest and Dr. Ann G. Cain Scholarship award.
WHAT: Juneteenth Rock Hill, Inc. presents the 2021 Juneteenth Virtual Celebration of Freedom on June 18 and 19, 2021 featuring local artists, poets and musicians.
WHO: Since 2015, Juneteenth Rock Hill has been an annual event sponsored by the City of Rock Hill, upheld through the continuous support of sponsors, vendors, and participants, and organized by the Juneteenth Rock Hill Celebration Committee.
WHEN: Juneteenth Rock Hill’s virtual engagement event is planned for June 18 and 19 at 6:30 p.m. and presented through Juneteenth Rock Hill’s Facebook and Instagram social platforms.
