Flex Gymnastics and Ninja Facility
Flex Summer Camp is designed for those looking for a highly active
experience emphasizing a variety of physical activities. Typical days
include running, jumping, flipping, and climbing in Flex's 15000 sq ft
facility. Each day will focus on gymnastics, ninja and theme related
games, and will include free play opportunities to allow each child to
explore and achieve on their own, while instruction is always available
for those taking achievements more seriously. Flex Summer Camp is the
ideal mix between structured fun and games along with the freedom to
enjoy all parts of the gym. Enrolled children will bring a packed lunch
from home, as well as a refillable water bottle.

8:00-8:45 - Arrive/Team Building Activities
8:45-9:00 - Divide into age based groups for the day's instruction
9:00-10:20 - Gymnastics/Ninja instruction
10:20-10:40 - Snack break (Snack from home or vending)
10:40-12:00 - Theme related group games
12:00-12:45 - Lunch
12:45-2:00 - Opportunity for free play in all areas of the gym

Flex Gymnastics is Lake Wylie’s newest premier gymnastics and
ninja facility. Flex Gymnastics was created by three families with a
love for gymnastics and community. We strive to have a positive
impact on each child’s life by providing a safe space for kids whether
that is in the after school program or all levels of gymnastics and ninja.
We want to promote the best chances of success for each child’s goals
and personal achievements.
Flex Gymnastics offers a full array of programs to cover the needs of
our surrounding community. Programs include gymnastics starting at
the age of 1.5 years old and advancing through our rec program as
their skills and abilities continue to grow. We also offer tumbling
beginning at 4 years old, as well as acro tumbling.
Our after school program begins in the Fall of 2023 and we will pick up
from schools listed on our website as well as any school that you all
suggest to us as long as there are at least 3 students at that school
who are part of our program.
In addition, we offer Open Gym opportunities at least once a month
where you can drop your kids off for a couple of hours while you go
enjoy some adult time. We have preschool Open Gym every
Wednesday. We also provide 3 different birthday party options to help
make your child's special day one they won’t forget!!
