Looking for something fun to do over Summer Break? Grab the kids, pick up a map and try your hand at the TCPD Family Scavenger Hunt!
Come pick up a Map and the Scavenger Hunt Rules from the lobby of the Tega Cay PD (7705 Tega Cay Drive).
We will give out 1 clue each day for 7 days - starting Sunday, July 17th.
Figure out the clue which will lead you to a local area Tega Cay Business/Location. Head to that location with your Map to get a stamp confirming you’ve been there.
Once you’ve found all 7 locations and receive all 7 stamps, come back to the PD with your completed Map. Each child that completes the scavenger hunt will receive a small prize and be entered into the grand prize drawing.
You have 2 weeks to complete the scavenger hunt and turn in your Maps, so whether you want to do a clue each day, or wait until all the clues are released and make a day of it, that’s up to you.
Have fun! This isn’t a race, you have until July 31st to complete the map so do what works for you. Each location has different operating hours so if you can’t get there right away, it’s OK.
