It's Fall Y'All signs decorate doors and you've gotten your mums, but how ready is your house REALLY for Fall? Most of us agree that "adulting" is a pain - but because it is necessary, we've pulled together a list of the SIX exterior maintenance/improvements you should do every Autumn:

Window Cleaning: As the temperature starts to drop you’ll likely be turning your heat on. Clean windows allow more natural light into your home. More natural light results in lower power bills and cheerier rooms and attitudes.

Pressure Washing: Snow, ice, and freezing weather can really take a toll on your siding. When water sits on your siding it will help facilitate mold build up and dirt from snow and ice will be left on your home once it melts. Leaving these problems to be dealt with in the spring is fine but when mold becomes an issue it can become more costly the longer you wait. We suggest cleanings in the fall as a preventative measure as our treatments last upwards of 6 months.

Gutter Cleaning: This is an obvious one. As all those leaves come falling down into your gutters they will prevent your gutters from draining properly. If your gutters don’t drain properly or get too heavy with build up it can cause leaks and damages to your property.

Gutter Guards: If you want to avoid yearly gutter cleanings and the possibility of leaks and damages due to overflowing gutters all together then gutter guards are the way to go. They offer protection from leaves and other debris while still allowing water to freely flow through your gutters.

Rescreening: Some folks like to open their windows and let the fresh air in at the start of fall. We offer rescreening as well as building new screens or screening in your porches so that you can enjoy all the fresh air you want to without the bugs.

Holiday Lights: Our most popular fall and winter service is holiday lights and we do recommend getting a jump start on this. Lights can be hung without being turned on and when the holidays hit they are ready to go. We also hang party lights for backyards and other get-togethers.
